Mark Werner
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Mark leads Ripple Recovery Center and Tidal Wave Recovery Center with compassion and deep industry knowledge, drawing on his own recovery journey from 2002 to 2013. He has worked at every level of the field, from house manager and behavioral health tech to director of operations and executive director.
Jason Gerner
Clinical Director
Jason brings decades of leadership experience and more than 20 years of personal sobriety to his clinical work. Known for his compassion and dedication, he fosters a culture of accountability and growth for both clients and staff.
Jessica Campolongo
Director of Operations
With more than 14 years in the recovery field, Jessica Campolongo has dedicated her career to helping individuals and families find lasting sobriety. After years managing both men’s and women’s sober living homes, she opened Ripple Outpatient Center in 2025 to provide a higher level of care. Her approach is rooted in connection, accountability, and treating every client with dignity and genuine compassion.

Diana Dubbs
Chief Marketing Officer
With over 12 years of personal recovery experience and more than a decade in behavioral healthcare business development, Diana has dedicated her career to expanding access to quality treatment. She has led multi-state teams across every level of care, from detox and residential to PHP, IOP, outpatient, and recovery housing.

Ray helps individuals and families take the difficult first step toward treatment, drawing on years in alumni services and community outreach. His approach is simple: meet people where they are, treat them with respect, and help them find a path forward.
David Antonini

David found his purpose in supporting others after facing addiction in his early twenties, starting as a volunteer and working his way up through the field. He holds certifications in counseling and has led programs guiding people from early recovery through long-term wellness.
Alyssa Santoro
CADC Intern
Alyssa is a CADC intern with more than six years of continuous sobriety and a passion for helping others navigate recovery. She facilitates group and individual counseling focused on relapse prevention, coping skills, and personal growth.

Elena is a CADC intern whose work is rooted in both professional training and her own recovery journey. She specializes in 12-step facilitation, relapse prevention, and coping skills, creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients.
